Standard Cleaning is the everyday visit that keeps a western Queens home level. Your cleaner works a fixed room-by-room checklist — dusting, sanitizing, mopping, tidying — so the result is the same every time regardless of who's home. In a two- or three-family house it can cover one unit or the whole building in a single visit, quoted as one job. Everything arrives with the cleaner, there's no stair surcharge, and the rate is agreed before anyone turns up.

The typical Astoria home is a two-, three- or four-family brick house, and cleaning one properly means treating it as a building rather than an apartment. Three floors means three kitchens or three bathrooms in some configurations, two or three staircases that all need doing, and often a finished basement in use as living space. We ask for the real layout when you book — floors, units, whether the basement and attic are in use — because that's what determines the time and the price, and discovering it on the doorstep helps nobody. The visit runs top to bottom, and in a multi-floor house top floor down, so nothing settles onto ground already covered. Most clients aren't home — a key, a lockbox code, or an arrangement with a tenant or neighbor all work.
